Walter Sickert and the Army of Broken Toys participated in this year's RPM Challenge.
The goal of the challenge is to conceive, record, and produce an album during the month of February.
They took things a step further by creating 28 Seeds: The Last Radio Show, an entertaining collection of songs, commercials, and propaganda from a dying world.
